I believe that working hard and being dedicated to your family, friends and career are the most important factors which contribute to a person’s overall enjoyment of life. I am motivated to give my family, friends and co-workers my best efforts in both a personal and professional context because I feel that I owe it to myself to be the best person I can possibly be. In order to meet this aim I believe I must positively interact and help those people who are appreciative of my time, personality and skill set. In my personal and professional lives it is important to act with dignity and self-respect so that other people will accept the positive aspects of my knowledge and personality. I believe that I should dedicate my time to people I respect
Motivation leads to achievements, most of the time when we have a zeal or goal to a life time career, we need a motivational force to achieve that goal. In this assignment I will be looking into what motivated me in studying social care practice. I will also highlight some theories that apply to my interest. I will also discuss how my beliefs and values have sharpened my personal and professional development and how this belief system fit with the ethical framework in social care practice. Motivation is a drive and wants that direct behaviour toward a goal.
American Dream The American Dream is something people think about over the country. Citizens have an equal opportunity to achieve their dream if they work hard and that American Dream would become a reality. According to some citizens, their dream would consist of a house, an education, and a job. The most important part is just providing some sort of shelter over your family’s head and food on the table so they survive. “The road to success is not easy to navigate, but with hard work, drive, and passion, it’s possible to achieve the American Dream” (Hilfiger).
Throughout the years I realized that this rules involved always being good to others, our parents since we were little kids they were teaching us that helping others and being kind was the behavior we were always supposed to follow. Many people around the world do amazing things or achievements like for example beating a Guinness World Record but basically at the end this achievements are very self-centered. Some people make this achievements because they always dream of fulfilling them but some just do it for the fame, for living the famous life and being remembered forever. People’s achievements should be judged according to how much they help others because it proves they are not self-centered, real
First and foremost, parents have a great responsibility when it comes to providing care and support to their children. Without love has a child little chance to develop normally, both in social and academic work. Parents are also strong norm transmitters, in the sense that they are role models as well as mother and father. Children tend to imitate their parents and identify with them, therefore it is crucial that parents are good role models. The values parents are for continued often to the children, that is the parents (standard transmitters) strength very strong.
Our families, especially our parents, have a lot of wisdom about what goes on in life, since they have already experienced many parts of it. They are the ones who can teach us what they have learned and show us how we should feel, act and think about the modern day society. Stability, interdependence, tradition, trust and loyalty are all important in understanding how families really function. Rules, boundaries and patterns of interaction as well as cultural influences could affect how families operate as a social system. These components all influence one another in their interrelationships within the family frame.
