Whedon says: " humor keeps the human alive, humor along with food, you cannot forget the food, you can live a week without any senses of humor."("Quotes About Food," n.d.). In the ancient history, the food was chosen by the process of observation. They were avoiding any food that animals avoid. As a result, only a few plants were used for eating in the ancient ages("TheFood Timeline: history notes," n.d.). Many cultures in the past used to live on farming some individual grains like what Maya did with the maize (Cartwright, 2015). Without Food, the human race will extinct, and the life will end on the earth.

The most energic food for the human is the food that contains more nutritious. The nutritious give the body the needed instruction to function in the right way. The accessibility of the food determined by many factors like demographics, socioeconomics, and family characteristics. The individuals have the verity to choose the food he preferred. Besides That, The availability deploys new shopping behaviors in the consumers. The verity of grains and products could lead to a mixture use of the food. These habits are wasting a considerable number of the food products but are does not decrease the production of it. The aim of it to promote the locally grown grains. This move also seeks to fight the invader of modified food that local supermarkets import from foreign countries like the USA. This market succeeded by attracting the thousands of visitors each Saturday morning. The fresh, more quality food is an inspiration to eat healthily. The overall environment that the event's managers provide makes the people attractive to come weekly. Sayed Ali, which is a farmer from Buri said that the availability of fresh food and the exceptional conditions that Bahrain's government provide makes the market succeeded (Rashoud, 2016). The government knows the need of healthy food to their citizens to keep them fit and reduce the medicals fees. The citizens, in this case, have more time to work and raise the country state globally.
