It does not imply negation of diversity. There may be certain kinds of diversity which create discord but all kinds of diversity are not inimical to harmony. So, harmony in human relations in the present day world is possible to a great extent if the basic components of harmony, namely, love, proper communication, spirit of co-existence, tolerance, etc are there. Harmony occupies the most important place in human life.
