I will write my research paper about Human Rights in European Union. The subject is very interesting and I hope I can make my Bachelor thesis about it and hopefully work with this kind of issues in the future. The Human Rights are important and I believe that this part of the area will change the most over the years. For example, women get more and more rights during the world is developing. Saudi Arabia was hitherto the only country where women were not allowed to vote. Now in December 2015 finally Saudi women are allowed to vote in elections. The Human Rights Convention the prohibition of discrimination applies only to the rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights. Most of the other human rights treaties bans on discrimination applies to all government activities and legislation in member states. ¹⁰ European Convention on Human Rights does not prohibit all different treatment, but only the discrimination of special treatment. At the same time positive special treatment is allowed, which means the people in an unequal position, but it is justified by the aim. We have a lot of internationally binding agreements and it is great that in European Court of Human Rights where an individual can complain violation of human rights and the state may have to pay compensation if it violates individual rights. Europe is good place to live in because we have a lot of rights and a good chance of getting justice. Human rights supervision is good and the individual is able to complain higher level. But in the other parts of the world such as the Middle East and Asia, things are not so well like in Europe. The problem in my opinion is the lack of human rights. Many countries still have the death penalty and there is no equality between women and men. I hope these rights will develop and one day justice is there and all have the same rights in this world. While now the racism and intolerance are the main problems in Europe, particularly at this time, because the refugees have arrived in Europe and people are scared because they are afraid for their jobs and security. I think the people need to just accept the situation because the past cannot be changed and it would be better to focus on improving the
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights responded to the cries of people, like Elie, with Article 2, 4, and 5, against discrimination, slavery, and torture. Discrimination is the act of being openly judged based on your race, skin color, sex, language, religion, opinion, family
In today's world, human rights still face many challenges and problems. There are still political systems and behaviors in the world that do not respect human rights, such as dictatorial regimes, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, poverty, hunger, and other issues. In the 1800s, slavery in the South was common. African Americans were treated so horribly that they got whipped and beaten as a punishment. They were even allowed to have basic human rights. Basic human rights include having the right to have freedom and control of yourself. For example, in Document 1: A Speech by Frederick Douglas (1850), it says "The law gives the master absolute power over the slave."
As we look throughout history, governments have implemented policies and are partially responsible for the denial of human rights to a certain group. These groups include Ukrainians and Rwandans. The denial of human rights in these regions not only affect those in the region but internationally. Both Ukrainians and Rwandans were denied their human rights. Ukraine’s hope and will was in the hands of the dictator Joseph Stalin.
Equality does not get reduced opportunities because of chance, but because the Council does not want Equality, who is considered knowledgeable, and therefore undesirable to control, to gain much power. Equality is not just a special case, as International is also eugenically picked to
Declaration of Independence Paraphrasing In history people have tried to get out of politics, it has been what has kept them connected with others that have the power to rule other humans on the earth, country’s want to go their own way and want to be accounted for equally and not as part of the whole political view, there has to be a reason why the separation is occurring, with all respect here are the reasons why we want to be separated. It is obvious that all human being have the same legal rights, we all do have certain rights that nobody should keep from us, we are all free to live our lives the way that we choose to and to be free to do with our lives what we choose to do with it, we should be able to chase the hope of being happy.

Human rights, something that was written down for the world after the catastrophic second world war. Most know of the genocide of ethnic groups that were deemed inferior to Nazi Germany more specifically Jews, which were senselessly exterminated in camps such as Auschwitz and Birkenau. After the war the newly formed United Nations voted and passed The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in 1948, under this declaration lists thirty unalienable rights shared by all human beings. However, these rights can’t be actualized for everyone on the planet, both before and after the UDHR was written. The reasons being is that firstly, when people are pressed into a survival situation they are not thinking about the rights of everyone, but instead

Human rights were initiated for the protection of the basic civil and political liberties in the general public. In the United Kingdom the Human Rights Act of 1998 came into force in October 2000. The aim of the HRA in the UK was to provide further legal effect to the basic rights and freedoms contained in the European Convention of Human Rights. The rights contained in the HRA not only affect essential matters of life and death, but also issues that occur in people 's daily life.
