Student performance has dominated current discussion on educational matters and many believe that the new curriculum is not yet absorbed in school and consequently student implies that every student has the potential to learn and become a responsible citizen if given or conductive atmosphere. A teacher needs to make sure that his/her classroom it is warm and accommodates all the learners no matter their differences. The learning has to be fun so that all learners should feel free and participate in the classroom. Priority skill is needed to ensure success and participate in the country’s growing economy programme should be monitored and evaluated. It is assumed that interventions will, decrease retention rates and lower failure rates and student will be given additional opportunities to master concept which hopefully raise their performance
Introduction Just as Margaret Mead once said "children must be taught how to think, not what to think" Nowadays technology is the most useful tool for our daily life and it has been improving with the purpose of implement the newest and sophisticated equipments to school and universities. There're many perspectives according to the topic, but students may be the most important point of view that should be considered. On this research paper we will get into how new technology will affect learning environment and how job opportunities after college will increase. We will also mention the impact of personalized learning in the future and discuss different opinions on how students imagine the university of the future. New technology implemented
This has led to us to believe that the best way to learn is by having students construct their own knowledge instead of having someone construct it for them. As teachers we need to think different ways on how can we deliver our daily teaching in such a way that it empowers students through ownership of knowledge and allows for constructivist learning. I’ve noticed that in their age, cooperative learning is appropriate. Students can benefit from working with peers. Cooperative learning helps students develop the skills they will need later for education success.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY If a student is assertive it will promotes self-confidence, students can make better decisions for themselves. It maximizes your sense of control of their life and their emotions as they learn to appropriately express their concerns instead of bottling up those concerns. This study will also help student’s awareness before they can make changes in themselves they have to know what there is to work with. Becoming self-aware is about the process of understanding oneself. This can help student leaders, especially if you tend to take on too many responsibilities because you have a hard time saying nonassertive communication is direct and respectful.
I think, to pass any test or an exam is not included in learning but it includes something that we learn from unique experience. According to me, the great learning experiences could motivate the students to become ultimate learners, and inspire them to continue education instead of fighting or just getting angry. The students feel secure and can easily analyse their situation, if they have a good teacher. A good teacher should have a tendency to recognise both physical problems and emotional problems. This experience can give students motivation to study and respect others.
It is important that a teacher gain her students ' attention and provide clear instructions at the beginning of the lesson. I found this quite helpful when allocating individual or group work. The students were able to make the lesson their own. I tried my best to encourage learning from peers and forwarded student questions back to the students. This enabled students to share their knowledge, agree and disagree with each other while learning to respect the ideas of their classmates.
I need to be able to motivate my students to engage in learning in my lessons. Lack of motivation can lead to off task behaviour, which will interrupt the flow of the lesson. When all students are motivated a positive classroom climate is developed where learning is the core. Motivated students are easier to teach and challenge, they also have a positive influence on each other. For each issue, show how your learning has developed since the start of placement.
Education is a significant pillar of life. It allows people to explore and learn different things. Yet better than that, it also teaches people to be more open minded and prepares them to be independent for the future. So education is a process of transferring knowledge from one generation to the other. Education is so important in building a good society however, students intend to not have any passion in learning and going through the same traditional education routine.
In this curriculum, there is wider autonomy for students to manage their own learning. Teachers are no longer the main sources of knowledge, and students are expected to actively gain information for their own learning from various sources. So, with this autonomy, students need to manage their strategies to get knowledge effectively. Therefore, students’ ability in managing their own learning process becomes very important for their success in Kurikulum 2013. In many research, the self-management in learning process is known as self-regulated learning.
The teacher would just provide guidance to the student in the learning process. Independent learning would be successful when the learner plans on what he or she is going to learn and the topics the learner wants to cover during the learning process. It is very important that the learner plans on the resources that they are going use to assist them in their learning process. Independent learning would be effective when self-monitoring of learning occurs, this is where the learner would have to keep record on whether the learning is taking place the way the learner had planned. For example to monitor the learning, the learner could maintain a checklist on the topics they want to complete for a particular subject therefore the learner would be able to identify whether they have completed that topic.
