There are many issues have to be considered. First of all, it is necessary to identify the leader’s style and its’ contribution to achievements into a leadership position. Leadership style is an approach to planning, providing direction and motivating people. Three leadership styles tend to be the most basic and they are autocratic that implies dominance of leader over employees, democratic that consider leader and employees as a whole group, participative and laissez-faire style when the role of employees is prevailing. According to the interview, manager of Atlantis hotel seems to follow democratic leadership style, which contributed to achievements into his leadership position. The reflections of this trait can be found in the description of leading an important meeting, where manager command proper preparation: ‘…if you know that you have a meeting next week then you have to be ready – know your topics, be ready for the questions of the stuff, maybe exercise at home ' (Kai, 2016). Self-management in their study represented ethical behavior and integrity in the workplace, time-management, self-developing and learning and ability to work under stress and pressure. Similarly to international results, democratic leadership style proved to be stimulating, while the authoritarian leadership style was inhibitory. It has also been proved that not only leadership style influences creativity, as the model of successful creative organization cannot be described with the behavior of the leader(s) only ' (2016; 103). While the democratic leadership approach is often highly effective, there is no one 'right ' way to lead or manage that suits all situations.
