Based on my personal understanding learning is relatively permanent change in knowledge that occurs as a result of experience. That knowledge is reflected in the organism 's behavior, but the important thing is that learning changes the individual 's fund of knowledge. The change may be deliberate or unintentional for better or worse correct or incorrect, and conscious or unconscious (Hill, 2002). However, learning is the basic instinct possessed by all individual. Learning is also said to be an ongoing process. An individual is always learning, from his birth till his death. Learning evolves in the inner self. Moreover multiple intelligences are basic ability that affects performance on all cognitively oriented tasks, from computing, mathematical problems to writing poetry or solving riddles. Based on Howard Gardeners theory (1998, 2003) an individual might have strengths and weaknesses in one or several areas. On the other hand, behaviourism, cognitivism and humanism are the three theories that have had an impact how people learn. They also learn in different diversity as in developmental differences and individual variations in working memory of their knowledge storage in short term or long term and these differences have implications and affects how deep their learning. Learning styles used describes how a student consistently responds to and uses stimuli in the context of learning (Clarke, 2008). (VARK) Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, Kinaesthetic (VARK) are different learning styles preferred by learner. Moreover, active learning engages and challenges children and young people thinking using real-life and imaginary situations. Creativity also generates ideas that have value to the individual to learn. It involves looking at familiar things with fresh eye examing problems with an open mind making connections learning from mistakes and using imaginations to explore new possibilities. In addition, people learn through peer education in which people of similar age group, background, culture or social status educate or inform each other about wide variety of issues. Furthermore outdoor education inspire passion, motivates learners to become successful learners. It also offers opportunities for learners to deepen and contextualize their understanding within curriculum and linking across the different curriculum indifferent context and at all levels. We also know that people acquire and integrate knowledge by relating to prior learning and experiences. Their learning is effective and meaningful when they are able to apply their knowledge in practical situations besides they learn the best when they need knowledge to accomplish a goal they consider important. Teachers can help students develop the mental habits that will enable them to learn on their own by giving instructions to foster habits of mind includes both short term and long term
