As the progress of science and technology development and the growth of time, economic development is becoming more extensive and go global. The organization like the World Trade Organization emerged is a global political and economic system that encourages cross-border investment and trade, as the ideal economic field of the world as a single huge market, has rapidly increased its influence in different ways in different regions through the expansion of multinational corporations and industrial networks. In such a world economic system, developing countries focus on the export of food, raw materials, minerals and logs. Those governments encourage global trade and provide subsidies to achieve the regional economic competitive advantage. It gives multinational companies a chance that can choose and hire the employees in lower wages and low standard of employment and environmental conditions. We know that when an enterprise wants to expand its support content, assets, and messages between different cultures or markets, it faces operational and organizational challenges. Even we do not want to start the business, we would still touch with globalization because we may work as an employee for an international company.
