Millennial: a person reaching young adulthood in the early 21st century. Millennials are found to be lazy and narcissistic. Millions of older generations assume that we are self-absorbed, conceded, and only care about fame and do not care about changing the way people see us. However, I believe the millennials are an admirable generation because we can multitask, we see the value in higher education, and we are aspirational. But to better ourselves as a whole, millennials must take care of their bodies, learn how to manage their money, and gain study skills in order to have a more successful life.

Your emotional wellness drasticaly affects each part of one’s life. Great emotional well-being implies valuing one’s accomplishments and tolerating one’s inadequacies. “A psychological instability can cause a feeling of inadequacy, a negative self-perception, and extraordinary sentiments of self-loathing, outrage, nauseate, and pointlessness, which could transform into outrageous sorrow, psycho-social issue, or dietary issues.” (Grieger) Students with mental issues socially segregate themselves, and create uneasiness issue and fixation issues. Having a great psychological well-being guarantees an inside and out educational experience that improves social and mental abilities that will eventually lead to better self confidence and grades.
