Organisational citizenship behaviour has received significant academic and research attention over the years. Most researchers view it as the extra-role behaviors that can help an organisation to become competitive and achieve its business goals and objectives. Bolino, Turnley, Gilstrap, and Suazo (2010) described organisation citizenship behaviour as a construct that encompasses everything constructive and positive that employees go out of their volition that supports colleagues and benefits the organisation. The proposition of OCB is based upon social exchange theory (Blau, 1964). I believe when a leader puts effort and care into assisting others, then their peers and followers will naturally want to support them. It is also important for a leader to recognize, that advocacy must never become so important that the critical elements of leadership are neglected (e.g. policy enforcement, command support, etc...).

In today's diverse and multicultural societies, an understanding of what social justice is might be considered pivotal and essential for the numerous encounters and relationships that every day take place in the world. However, one's vision of social justice might differ from the concept of it held by another individual, as it can be argued that the fundamental notion of an equal and socially fair justice could be influenced by several factors, such as an individual’s own moral principles and ethics, alongside with their acknowledgement of the society and of the world they live in. In spite of this, a broad, general idea of what social justice is might nonetheless be offered, and throughout this paper, I intend to explore on this socially constructed idea of justice, which, as explained by Adams and Bell (2016), should be equal, democratic, inclusive and respectful of all people, and accommodate, therefore, for their needs. Furthermore, I will also be looking at the understanding of the concept of social justice within the educational context.
Diversity has been recognised as a valuable initiative in the advancement of a workplace, however recent studies in England and Wales show that the judiciary remains largely imbalanced . For decades diversity has been a central matter within the legal sphere but according to a recent report by the Council of Europe published at the end of 2014, women only make up 25% of judges in England and Wales and to this day, Lady Hale remains the only representative for women in the Supreme Court . To be frank this has much more to do with our mental abilities than our individual abilities.
From my point of view , Leadership has more to it than I can possibly imagine. I define leadership as the art of enabling a group of people get to a specific destination. As a leader your main focus was to enable your followers lead theselves. As i think deeper i realise a person cannot choose to be a leader. I think a lot of the time people take on leadership positions without knowing.
Personal strengths are actions or tasks that a person can perform well. These strengths comprise talents, skills and knowledge. A person uses these traits and abilities in his daily life to accomplish tasks, relate with others, and to achieve goals. Everyone has their own set of strengths. Our personal strengths are that vital aspect that makes us unique as individual, and it is part of the value we offer to the world around us.
Furthermore, OB investigates the study of what people do in an organization as well as help them to recognize how their behaviors impact on the organization performance (Judge & Robbins, 2013). That the reasons why OB plays a significant role in business. More importantly, Mr. Hoang also instructs me how to apply the knowledge gained through this course for enhancing my personal development. The first valuable knowledge is that how to communicate with other people effectively. The second precious lesson is how to create a positive organizational culture.
