I learned that I maintained a constant schedule throughout the week. This occurred through similar patterns in meals, sleep, and exercise. A balanced schedule allowed me to accomplish everything I had planned to each day. Being in control of my routine gives me time to devote undivided attention to my work, and also juggle other responsibilities without feeling stretched thin or short on time. This allows me to have time to indulge in things that keep me mentally and emotionally well. A structured day sets expectations for when it’s mealtime, naptime, leisure time and bedtime and helps the bodies to fall asleep faster, and sleep better when it is done every day at the same time. In other words I create a mental “to do list” every day and complete everything on it. Completing all of the tasks on this list leads to satisfaction and a healthy environment for me. These small experiences of success leads to the release of dopamine in my brain, which in turn motivates me to repeat the actions to get the same satisfaction. This is why achieving small goals is such an effective way to stay motivated during long-term projects and processes. I am pushed to achieve more every time that I accomplish everything that I set out to do. My biggest time waster would be the amount of time I spend on video games. In moderation these games can be a good way for me to relax and destress at the end of a day. Although, this is never the case, because the games get in the way of time that could be spent studying more in my classes. I could also use this time to improve myself as a basketball player and aspiring coach. Investing my time in basketball will have a much greater return than wasting it on mindless hours of video games. I need to regulate my usage of of these video games in order to accomplish
You want the task to be perfect because it is something you are passionate about. Spending time and dedication towards it will make you better at it and make the task look better, and you will want to reach your end goal that you have in mind. The more dedication and commitment you put in, the more you can taste your goal becoming closer and closer. For example, T.J had the goal of building the garden in his mind. He was dedicated to building the garden because he is passionate about the subject.
If you constantly focus your own time and energy into doing something, multiple things will come from that situation, giving you opportunity to accomplish more. Ultimately all these opportunities come from working hard and refusing to be inactive. Former President and also a founding father of our country, Thomas Jefferson once said, "Determine never to be idle... It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing."
My daily to-do list will help me stay focused, and motivation is the key to complete my everyday activities so that I can reach my DBA goals. Examples of schedule activities on my daily to-do list include time set aside for small amounts of studying and regular online classroom discussions. I will write out a day-to-day schedule from the beginning of each day of the week to rehearse what's accomplished. I include uncompleted tasks from the prior day as well as new tasks.
The Importance of Being On Time Respect is something that we all desire, but earning it is no easy task. One of the most respectable traits anyone can have, civilian or soldier can have is time management. When you report for duty, or be on time for your date, time management should be a must. By not managing your time well, you could disrupt not only the course of your day, but others as well. I learned in this activity how crucial time management skills will be to my ability to complete this course successfully. The analysis from the questionnaire (Table 2) as well as keeping a record of what activities I focus on for a couple of days, opened my eyes to a few areas of improvement. From the patterns observed I could see that most of my time was taken up by work and commitments as well as procrastination. Not being able to juggle theses successful led to irritation and was unproductive. Research suggests that managing ones emotions, being self-aware and self-motivate can be factors for success for a student (Allan, 2009).
Four-day school weeks have the capability to change student lives. Every school should invest in the four-day school week plan. Implementing this routine would allow teachers more time to teach and give students the option to do their homework during class, in turn creating student success. All of these factors would help to enhance student and faculty life, while promoting success in the classroom. Having a school system run on a four-day rotation would increase their success by offering more opportunities for lesson and work time.

Time management: Time management is a very crucial component if you are willing to have a productive lifestyle. To be honest, I have always had issues with managing my time efficiently. This problem had become a huge obstacle once I got into college. Thus, attending a lecture that focuses on time management helped me a lot with this problem by introducing me to different aspects related to time management: planning, SMART goals, and important/urgent matrix. Learning to make a specific plan for my daily tasks and make a to-do list to make my day as productive as possible is something very helpful which was advised to me by the instructor of this lecture Mr. Irfan.
From time to time, refer to your plan to remind yourself of your aims and to fire your motivation. Written goals will make you feel more serious about and connected to your aims and it will also free you from having to work out every day what your goals are.
