Human capital is one of the most important resources of any firm which help them to survive in this competitive world. To survive in this competitive world today it has become necessary to manage human resources. There have been increasing trends in job security, employee maintenance, etc as people are recognized as an important resource in the firm. Effective performance should be rewarded in the organization, also identifying ineffective performance in resource management is necessary (Pulakos, 2003). The ability for assessment of the performance of an employee fairly, gives to the ability for conducting of the performance appraisal. The task of evaluating employee’s performance is a difficult one. First the supervisor needs to understand how the job is and then he collect the information which is to be provided as a feedback.
