The top management are required to support, including prizes and incentive structures which incorporates the concern and advantages of shareholders. The employees will be improved their contribution culture and moral. They also can develop their leadership and social skill. As a result, it creates a good culture for the whole business. ABC Cambodia was known as a popular driving school since the attendance of a person named Acha A. During his retirement tenure, he returned back from Thailand to help his needy home country, Cambodia. He is an influential speaker in a radio station that advertises for ABC driving school. He spent all his time and effort to discuss the society problems and make recommendations. He understands that Cambodia is in need of fair living standard, good health, appropriate welfareness, justice and corrupt-free society. There is a big gap between the rich and the poor in Cambodia; furthermore, the poor is the one whom society should sympathy on. In the radio station, he shares his 60 years and more experience in Cambodia and what he had learned from Thailand. Since 2005, he and the sponsor company (ABC driving school) were well-known and the market share went up significantly. In 2010, he realized that his knowledge contribution is far too little compared to the demand of the need. He, with the support of ABC shareholders, established a radio station called ABC Cambodia station (107.5FM) and started to sale products to the rich and gave free to the poor.
