If you have nothing to hide then it should not be a problem and if you do have something to hide delete it. Your employer is adding you on Facebook because they want to make sure they are hiring a good person. Someone that will not give their company a bad reputation. You should not have anything to hide on your Facebook if you were not talking bad about your job or anything that would not be appreciated in your work place. Some people may say that it it their privacy out of the work place but what can you really call private anymore? You can have you profile private but your employer will always find out if you did something wrong or posted something about the job that was inappropriate. Especially if you have co-workers on your page. You may not want your employer to know everything about you but it is as simple as, don't post anything you would not want them to see. Everything you post on the internet can be seen by anyone in the world. Anything that is to private should not be posted public.
