Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) shopping websites are becoming popular platform for shopping with the ease of home comfort and also becoming the attractive business, so there are many shopping sites already available and new are keep coming in the online market but the most difficult part of this business is to attract online customers, Everyone wants to attract and sustain more customers. The role of the paper is to make more online customers by attracting them with the better user interface which they can memorize easily that can make them visit and buy again from the website.
The author provides applications of already proposed work of Reeves and Nass and expanded their theory of web based media. They performed laboratory experiments to check the influence of three main components on online shopping website i.e. Motion of images, Image size, and Visual fidelity (Clarity of image).
