Recruiting is an important part of any organization, but to specify why it is important first what is recruiting? Recruiting is the process of collecting new applicants for a certain job to fill the empty position. After the recruiting there is the selecting phase which is the process of selecting the best applicant for the job. In recruiting there is three situations that every HR recruiting department have to deal with which are requirements more than availability this situation called understaffed, requirements less than availability this situation called overstaffed and the third situation is when requirements equal to availability this situation called fully staffed.
