One way that it can relieve stress is by giving someone the ability to create anything they want. Art can give the freedom to make and create whatever anyone wants. Over time many people could express their emotions through the art they create. As people grow so do their emotions and skill level. Many may be apprehensive because of their skill level or they person not being an “art type”, however they still have a need to relieve stress and even if they do not like art they could still use this technique. Art can give a feeling of childhood and innocence. Overall there are many reasons that destressing is needed. Humans get upset and have a harder time doing basic functions when they are very stressed. Creating art can help many people in many ways.
