This paper discusses the credible use of marginal social cost (MSC) pricing of roads in the Europe or in United Kingdom. The purpose for using it is to develop the cost-effective efficiency of the travel currently undertaken by road users - if the use of the trip is a lesser amount of than Marginal Society Cost, society in general will be better off if the travel is not made. The basic principle underlying of efficient road user charging is that users should pay for all additional costs imposed by using the roads, added to user-borne costs of fuel and time. Current charging structures do not reflect the variation in MSC across the road network in terms of congestion and environmental cost, and at best cover only half of actual MSC. The paper lack to emphasize the deep importance of why road user should be charged every time they will use road in spite of the reason that they are all taxpayer and it is the duty of the government to spend well the money. Commoners will always argue why there should be toll every time they will use the road or why there THE ECONOMIC EFFICINECY CASE FOR ROAD USER CHARGING 2 should be road pricing. Is their tax not enough? Why there should be an externality tax? Though they emphasize reasons, still it is not more convincing. They should make a table for the users to easily understand its importance.

When the price of the coffee increases within reason, the demand does not change. Take in mind the regular customer who comes in every morning for their cup of coffee. By making roads, I am not promoting fairness to everybody. No way am I encouraging the people of this country to look as others as equal by making roads for people. Roads are only useful to people who have cars. What about those who don’t own a car? What use is a road to them?

Today, New Jersey is perceived as a microcosm of the American economy. A recent scandal in New Jersey arose which demonstrated the corruption in America’s economic situation. Due to its location, similarly to the American Revolution, the state is a large transportation sight with easy access to roads which make travel more efficient. Primarily, the New Jersey Turnpike, a long highway extending through the state, is utilized the most by commuters, but a recent scandal has lead to unpleasantness and misgivings towards the government. The money generated from the highway comes from the daily commuters who pay a certain tax when crossing borders.
Any successful author understands that in order for their narratives to be read and liked by the general public, they must be able to connect to a reader’s emotions easily and powerfully. While the reader is reading the text, their mood might vary depending on what the author writes about, and how well they convey what they want their readers to feel. Writers often evoke many types of literary elements to achieve this, including imagery, diction, and their own tone. Take, for instance, J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series. Her books are filled with fantastical aspects, and magical happenings, but this book series would most likely not be as popular if the reader could not connect with the character’s actions and emotions on a deeper level.
Persuasive speech I would like to start off by asking a question. How many of you have driven a car over the speed limit on the freeway? Ok and out of those hands how many of you have been pulled over or involved in some type of vehicle accident? As a guy who is very interested in racing cars I have spent a huge chunk of my time to research that increasing speed limit for safety is valid I hope today to persuade you on why the United States should increase the speed limits on freeways not just to have the cops back off a little but to reduce accidents that happen on freeways. Today I will talk about the complications of such low speed limits and why higher is better,

For example is we went into business and industrial production. On highways and long freeways, large factory transportation vehicles, trucks and lorries are forced by law to drive on a specific speed limit that does not exceed 50mph. Another important issue that even students get late to their school and everything will not be in time. Congestion always happens when people go and come from work so employs play a big part in congestion and it happens especially in big cities as the streets are big and people have their own cars not like towns or villages. In big cities, people prefer to use more their own private cars than using public transport but in towns they prefer the public transport. So, in big cities there will always be traffic jam as there are so many private cars in the street. When cars are banned then the traffic jam would disappear and people will be able to arrive in time and won’t affect
