"Spiritulity refers to a broad set of principles that transcend all religions. Spirituality is about the relationship between ourselves and something larger. That something can be the good of the community or the people who are served by your agency or school or with energies greater than ourselves. Spirituality means being in the right relationship with all that is. It is a stance of harmlessness toward all living beings and an understanding of their mutual interdependence.” (Kaiser 2000)
It involves the ways in which people fulfill what they hold to be the purpose of their lives, a search for the meaning of life and a sense of connectedness to the universe. The universality of spirituality extends across creed and culture. At the same time,

A sound mind in a sound body and vice-versa is true. Health of the two is interlocked. Balance between the two is not only a sufficient but also a necessary condition for healthy and meaningful life. The WHO way back in 1958, defined health not merely as the absence of illness but as physical, mental and social well being as well. All these dimensions have to operate in harmony. There is a craving for peace and freedom from agonies of the life. In spite of the glaring progress on all fronts, be it medicine, surgery, science and technology, infrastructure, economic prosperity, access to tremendous material comforts, there exists a lag. Restlessness and purposelessness are widely discerned. Futility syndrome prevails heavily. What for? What after? Suicides are the regular feature in National Dailies. Whether public health? It is a major challenge. A formidable pressure is discerned to redefine the meaning and interventions of public health in the country. In the present era, spiritual health assumes significant dimensions since anxiety and emotional discomforts are on rise. There is a great need to heal one of resentment, jealousy, anger, ego, agony of existence and death anxiety to focus on higher dimension of work and healthful living. While as science depends on objectivity, spiritual health delves on inner self, consciousness, intuition and subjective factors. All these have a direct impact on physical health. ‘Science gets us physical comforts, spirituality brings us mental calm’. (Dalai Lama 2006)7. Positive values, attitudes, beliefs and strength that one acquires through spiritual health practices contribute to the sense of well being, health and happiness. Empirical evidence is available to indicate a direct relation between religious involvement, spirituality and positive health outcomes. Spiritual health practices have a positive correlation with survival, low blood pressure, less remission time from depression, less number
Arthur Miller’s The Crucible is the story of two times in our country’s history in which we gave in completely to our paranoia, causing mass hysteria. Although The Crucible takes place in Salem Massachusetts during the colonial era, Arthur miller wrote the play as a reflection of the social and political situation happening in his time of McCarthyism and the Second Red Scare. The universal theme of religion, and how far people are willing to go when they believe they are carrying out their god’s will, is represented in the conflict between religious-based decisions of the court in Salem and the people in town who were accused and prosecuted due to rash, religious, decisions, complete blind faith in God, and the ability to justify one's actions

In early August of 2009, I embarked on a long drive from the beautiful state of Virginia to the more homey state of Alabama. My grandfather, Benjie Norris, had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and was given months to survive. My mother had been traveling back and forth from Virginia to Alabama, so it was decided that the family should go on and move to Alabama in order to be closer to family. Being only a sixth grader, it was hard to grasp the concept of moving to an unfamiliar place. Moving to Alabama has been a beneficial life experience thanks to family, friends, and strong spiritual atmosphere of the area.

To some, it is a source of morality, to others, it represents membership in an inclusive community. There is no one absolute definition of what constitutes religion because the word provide different meanings to different people. Numerous theorists have explored the subject of the strong sentiments behind religious life with both
Health is considered as one of the most precious assets of a human. A person in the pink of health shall have more opportunities in his life than one who suffers from many harmful sicknesses. It is true that a strong, healthy body can make us be happy, vigor and enthusiastic to accomplish our works perfectly and to enjoy a far more cheerful, longer life. Viewed from different angles, we cannot deny that health is the basis of success, and the loss of health is the loss of everything. As A.J Reb Materi once said, “So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health” (n.d.), many of us have lately been in the face of a great number of problems regarding taking great care of our golden health.
“Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, men cannot live without a spiritual life” (Buddha). Throughout different time periods religion has impacted the society in which people live. Religion has and continues to dictate the rules citizens have to follow in all areas, especially social, educational, and political. Religion influences morals, values, and people’s identities. Many people turn to religion for not just spiritual answers, but for guidance and help in everyday life.
Ferguson, D. (2010). Exploring the spirituality of the world religions. London: Continuum. The book reveals the spirituality of world religions with the description of values and practices, which give a deep understanding of the cultural context of every nationality.
Having a deep spiritual connection helps one feel as if their life
There is considerable disagreement and inconsistency within the scientific community regarding definitions of this term [17,18]. Religiosity can be thought of as the formal, institutional, and outward expression of the sacred [18,19] and measured by variables such as importance of religion, belief in God, frequency of religious service attendance, frequency of prayer, and/or frequency of meditation. Pargament describes the distal/proximal framework of religion/spirituality. According to this framework the distal domains of religion/spirituality mainly depending individual behaviors (e.g., frequency of attendance at services, prayer, or meditation) and have often been referred to as ‘religiosity’, and proximal domains, which gauge the functions of religion/spirituality for the individual (e.g., spiritual support, religious coping, spiritual meaning) often referred to as ‘spirituality’ [21,22].

Therefore, individuals can access fulfillment by praying and observing the rituals need to appease ancestors. Also, people need a peaceful and balanced mind so that they can avoid monsters and ghosts that torment the soul. Also, supernatural forces control life and death, and humans receive nourishment from heaven. The soul guides the psychophysical element
Over the years the issue of suicide has been slowly increasing. It is now the third leading cause of death among young people. The effects of suicide are tragic and felt long after the individual has taken their own life. Some people who consider suicide, however, never make a “serious” attempt at it. For every attempted suicide, there is said to be more than one person whose thought of suicide has never translated into an actual attempt.
