Spies agent have to be multilingual and fluent in a variety of languages that allow to work happily with a range of cultures without being suspicious. They need to be proficient storytellers, as a liar or to create inauthentic events to attract the people's attention viciously. It is based on a broad mind and first-hand experience with different kinds of people. Extensive travel often like the frequent travelers is required when spies might use their cover stories as the reason for travel as they cross a border or attend a specific function in a foreign country. They must be discreet and effectively conceal and hide the real nature of their work from others, often including close friends and loved ones. This ability to blend in also means wearing the proper attire, having the right dialect, understanding local culture and fully inhabiting whatever role is necessary for spies' current assignment. …show more content…

While doing spy work in the field, it is essential that spy keeps his or her composure and be able to work independently. He must be committed to his role and his agency by taking care of himself physically and mentally and seeking out the training he needs to succeed. He needs to be able to think quickly on his feet and make snap decisions regarding his safety and his mission, sometimes without the benefit of additional input from superiors. Spy agent needs to be technologically inclined to be able to work on his own with advanced tools, such as tracking and listening devices.
