Performance management measures outputs in the shape of delivered performance compared with expectations expressed as objectives. The strategic performance management process consists of various sub-processes: strategy development, budgeting/target setting, forecasting, performance measurement, performance review and incentive compensation (Ana-Maria, Constantin, & Catalina, 2009).

HR should have: an awareness of leading edge trends and developments in the internal and external labor market, the ability to mobilize the appropriate human resources, and a sense of timing and sensitivity to what is going on at both local and global levels (Collings & Scullion, 2011).
The key elements of global talent management that applies to my organization are:
1. Understand global talent management and strategies- highlighting the importance of country specific factors on global talent management.
2 Considering the nature of the challenges associated with the implementation of global talent management strategies and policies in a variety of different contexts- Alternative approach to the global talent management.
3. Recognizes the need to develop more comprehensive frameworks to reflect the complex set of environmental factors that affect talent management in the international context- Suggests that firms increasingly seek to integrate their talent management processes closely with performance management practices, staffing practices, training and development and reward.
Recommend a process that optimizes a sustainable talent management
