Khadijah Niazi, an eleven years old girl from Pakistan who were taking college levels physics, couldn 't take her exam through Udacity because The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority blocked YouTube on 2008. She posted a massage on the Udacity website asking for help saying " I am very angry, but I will not quit". Moreover, students from all around the world tried to help her until a Portuguese professor found a way to download YouTube videos and share them with Khadijah. The next day she took the exam and got the highest distinction!. This example shows that governments are wrong by blocking technology because technology has a positive effect on education. Microsoft Word has dramatically changed the way people write their papers and made it more efficient.
