Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) is vital in the comfort of occupants at the indoor environment. The physical comfort is about meeting the fundamental needs of occupants while the psychological comfort denotes the occupants' satisfaction or feeling of pleasure. Previous studies [1-9] identified the influence of physical and psychological factors to occupants' satisfaction in different work places. It also was revealed that various indoor human activities play an important role to impact psychological perception. Many previous studies identified the characteristics that affect the occupants' health as well as performance in the building. These include the indoor air quality, odors, temperature, acoustics, nature and artificial lighting. [1-3, 19-24]. The aforesaid factors can be combined to affect the occupants’ comfort in buildings. It is hoped that the teaching and learning effectiveness can be improved eventually. The results were made use to develop a mathematical model for predicting the students’ performance and teachers’ feeling. The outcome of this investigation can be used to improve kindergarten buildings to the students’ performance. Both objective measurements and subjective evaluations of the environment were conducted at various classroom. Analysis were performed using various parameters to distinguish which of them best discern the IEQ classifications in classrooms. Individual responses and objective measurements of IEQ could be obtained through conducting the survey and sound measurement.
