If such specifications are made, you can then make an examination of all multiples of each specific idea as to how these firms make their valuation and do the same for your firm or business. In this case, you’re able to keep track on the company’s progress. The Multiple Valuation Method Valuation of a firm can be based on the multiples of its market valuation. It could be the price, earnings, ratios and so on. It’s important to be aware of what multiples are used in other companies so you can use a similar method for yours. The Open Market Valuation This is based on the economic influence as well as competition between businesses. In a free market, the rate of supply and demand moves the values of business and properties to a specific balance. Shares are bought and sold and other transactions are done in a free market which would also allow firms to make proper valuation of the open market and economic influences in their businesses.
First of all, the assumption behind a market economy is that supply and demand are the best determinants for an economy's growth. The government in a market economy limits the amount of market transactions witch makes more business competition. This means businesses tend to do anything to lower its costs and achieve a higher numbers of sales. Also, prices are set by supply and demand in a market economy plus there is no government intervening in any business. This is the measurement of the levels of investor confidence which influences the value of a firm in the
The only advantage of this method is its simplicity. Disadvantages would be that it doesn’t consider the future performance of a company and that it’s subjective because truly comparable companies rarely exist. In the case of Dollar General, the Multiple method doesn’t show an appropriate value because it doesn’t consider its special business model. All these “comparable” companies are just part of the same industry which doesn’t make them truly comparable companies.

William T Cavanaugh (2008), wrote Being Consumed: Economics and Christian Desire which is a philosophical book, which focus on four (4) economic life matters that addresses the consumer culture within society. These four economic life matters are free market, consumerism, globalization and economic scarcity. In order for this topic to be discussed on a theological point of view, the author draws the reader’s attention to human life, the ends of life in God. The key question in every process is whether or not the transaction contributes to the flourishing of each person involved. In order to address these questions the author points to concrete examples of alternative economic practices in which Christians participate-: business, co-operatives, credit union, practices of consumption which marks the vision for Christian economic life.

This whole episode has a theme of artificial reality you have an avatar that in many ways has more important than you as a real person. Definition: Intrinsic value is defined as a certain good that is worthwhile, not because it leads to the good of something else but for its own sake. The good in itself is recognised. Money for example can be a means to pleasure and some happiness but this is not evident in intrinsic value or good. Only states of consciousness can be intrinsically regarded as good. It also considers that certain beliefs or values are what they are.
The two important values that I have learnt are the independence and the respect. I learnt these two values since my childhood. One of the values is the independence. Independence means that you can support yourself without owning or depending on yourself concerned with livelihood or studying. You can make decision of your life without being controlled by the others.
Values are principles that people hold important to them in life. As I gotten older my values have changed based on my experience, knowledge, and goals. Since I am in college and the field of social work forced me to open my eyes to different things and ideas I would 've never thought of. Five values that are important to me while I am on this journey of becoming a social worker is my education, positive energy, not judging people based on their past, a reflect and meditate on my life, and be a generous to other.
