The inside of shelter is full of young people from other escaped the labyrinth. This element makes it interesting and attracts the readers to have patient to saw the full movie. The one thing what the readers learnt from the movie is leadership. Leadership doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all definition, but for me, the leadership is the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of goals. The main character Thomas steals into a laboratory and finds a secret of Janson who secretly conducted human experiments. This secret is very important and cannot action rashly and alert the enemy. Thomas informs this secret to his member in the first moment. The reasons of the Thomas to do this decision is he want to avoid any misunderstandings among the members in the action of escape from the dangerous shelter. For example, if the Thomas is not honest to tell the secret to the member. The members’ view is why we want to escape from this comfortable and secure shelter, outside is so dangerous, Thomas is so crazy, I do not need to follow him.
