It starts out with a wedding that Shelby Field and Dylan McDermott were having but Shelby 's mom is scared to death that Shelby may have a baby because if she does have a baby she could die because of this disease that she was born with.The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood is about a group of women that form a friendship club in which the members call themselves Ya-Yas. It is a story about a mother and daughter and the healing of old wounds. The League of Their Own movie focuses on two sisters, Dottie and Kit, who work on a farm and play baseball for fun. Dottie is older, prettier, and is a natural at baseball and Kit really wants to be like her sister, she is not as good as her sister.

We now observe Ofglen and Offred learning to really trust eachother, and in another flashback we learn about the fall of the U.S.A and the rise the Republic. After a shopping trip with Ofglen, she has a conversation with Serena in which they discuss pregnancy and that the Commander may be sterile, and then Serena suggests she try becoming from another man. She mentions Nick as an option, and Offred agrees despite the hatred she suddenly feels for the woman. Ofglen and Offred now attend a 'Prayvaganza'. In other words, a wedding for the daughters of Wives as young as fourteen.
Then, one night, as the light hits his wife just right, and an image flash before him. His wife becomes the frost spirit women. He describes, “I can remember it as if it happened yesterday, (Kobayashi 103:00).” The young woodcutter suffered from PTSD and when the light hit his wife, it was a trigger that brought back the memory vividly. Another example of PTSD is the PTSD that Sebastian Rodrigues exsperiences in Shusaku Endo’s novel “Silence.” “Silence” is a historical fiction that follows a Portages Catholic priest, Sebastian Rodrigues, who travels to Japan to spread the word of Christ. During his time there he witness Catholics who are tortured and killed for their faith.
Summary: This story features two main protagonist characters, Mariam and Laila. Mariam, an illegitimate child raised by her mother, wishes to live with her father and her nine half-siblings in Herat. Finally, Jalil agrees to take her to watch a movie as her 15th birthday’s wish but later he doesn’t show up. Mariam sets in her own journey to Herat, without informing Nana. She doesn’t meet Jalil but the next morning when Jalil 's chauffeur drives Mariam home, she finds that her mother’s dead body.
In a Painted House Libby Latcher is pregnant with Ricky’s baby. The song I ain’t goin’ down by Shania Twain is very similar to what happened to Libby. The song is about a girl that gets pregnant at 15 and the baby’s father leaves. That was exactly what happened to Libby. At the end of the book Luke and his parents leave to get a better job.
