Caviola and Faber (2014, p.1) write that you are standing on a bridge and an old man is standing next to you. Under this bridge, there are railway tracks. There are five people who are standing on it. Suddenly you see a trolley which is coming fast towards the five people and they cannot escape. You could push the old man over the bridge to stop the trolley and save the five men .what are you going to do? What are your feelings? Always there are situations that put us under pressure and stress. Stress is a response from inside. It comes out when we are in a tensional situations. No one can avoid being stressed because stress is a natural instinct. Stress can lead us to things that are positive. However, it also leads us to bad effects. Stress can be harmful to one’s health in three different aspects: sleeping, memory and level of anxiety. The first aspect that stress can affect negatively in our health is sleeping. Sleeping is important to every one of us. According to The Better Sleep Council (2016), 27% of women say sleep is the most important component to their overall well-being. To clarify more, many women take sleeping as it is a very important welfare. Sleeping allows our body to relax during the night or at any time that we sleep. For instance, if we do not sleep well, this will make us stressed. Then, stress will put us in bad mood.
