Does the globalization phenomenon increase cultural exchange opportunities or dominate various cultures? During recent decades, with the dramatic changes of society. when asked about globalization issues, I received mixed opinions. As Philippe Legrain said ' ' Natural cultures are much stronger than people seem to think. Foreign influences can rapidly become domesticated,changing the national culture, but not destroying it ' '. Katarina Otasevic, however ,released that ' 'As the globalization process strengthens problems of cultural integrity and identity are more prevalent ' '. From my point of view, I definitely agree with the latter opinion for several main reasons below as well as providing real evidence. Globalization is a process of exchange and integration among the local residents , companies, and governments of different nations, a process is lead by international trade and investment, global capital and aided by information technology, new communication style . This process impacts on the natural environment, on culture, on political systems, on economic development and local condition, and on human physical well-being in societies around the world. The rise of the foreign corporation from wealthy countries are increasingly threatening the viability of local lifestyles that people in some countries are used to.
