I stared down at the glimmering waxed floor as I walked up to the first door; it was the bathroom. “Damn it,” I said in a hushed tone to myself, “I’m so stupid. I guess going right wasn’t the right way to go.” This little joke transported me from the depressing hospital to a trip to town I had taken a few years back. The scent

I never really fully cried, but I did loose a lot of sleep after my grandparents death. My mother was worried for a while because I would not sleep and my health was beginning to diminish. She ended up taking me to the doctor and they declared that I was suffering from insomnia. There was no explanation, but I knew that I was still grieving my grandparents, it was the only way that I could; since no one would know that I would cry in the middle of the night. About a couple of months later, everything was beginning to go back to normal, I still do not have the courage to speak about my grandmother or grandfather without shedding a tear.

I groan at the sound of my alarm clock waking me up for the first day of school. I roll over in the bed and realize Pierson is not there. I begin to worry, but then I hear him in the kitchen. Since it's the first day of school, I want dress nice today so that I can disappointment my classmates by dressing like a garbage man for the rest of the year. I put on the yellow dress I wore to the wedding and pair of matching shoes.

It had been months since they had been entirely alone in a room with an actual bed- they could strip off naked and truly enjoy their reunion. But as the time came for them to close themselves off from the world, both felt a little shy- It’s almost like our wedding night, thought Charity as she gazed at Henry. She heated water and filled the washtub so that she and Henry could bathe- she had intended for them to bathe separately; that was how they had always bathed, but Henry stripped off naked and crawled into the tub before she could suggest otherwise. When he asked her to wash his back, she obliged- Lovingly, she soaped and washed every part of him that was above water level. When he finished, she shyly slid her dress off and stepped into the tub.

Sometimes change could be good, but sometimes it can be bad. Let’s start with my first life changing event. When my parents told me I was moving to Idaho it was legit two days before leaving. I didn’t really have any time to say goodbye to all my friends. I was living in New Mexico so moving from New Mexico to Idaho was a really long trip.
When I was eleven I watched a few clips I found on YouTube about animal cruelty and how the animals we eat are raised and later slaughtered. The first video I watched was about how pigs are raised so close together that they can’t move and then knowingly killed in a slow painful slaughter of slitting its throat and letting the animal bleed out. This to me as a child was absolutely horrific and I decided right then that I would become a vegetarian. My road with vegetarianism lasted about 3 days until I was eating some fast food and I could not resist the orange chicken that was an option in front of me. I was tired of all the vegetables and I didn’t like beans, the main staple of an avid vegetarian eater.
