I’m one of the people who improve their communication skills by social media and particularly Facebook. I was an introvert person who doesn’t not like to speak with any strange people. When I used social media I started to chat with people whom I know and I do not know. Communication is a very important way in forming relationships with the people. And communication has appeared since the cave man.
