Online shopping or e-shopping is an electronic commerce which allows consumers to buy products or services directly from seller through internet using web browser. The user of online shopping normally consists of individuals and companies such as college student, housewives, younger and older people, tech-savvy people and beginners, professionals and career people. Two most popular and trusted websites for e-shopping, selling millions of products each globally are Ebay and Amazon instead for Malaysian locally we have Zalora, Fashionvalet, Lazada and etc. The shoppers are able to make purchases at any time, any place and anywhere by using devices such as iPads or an app on the Google Nexus tablets over Wi-Fi and the purchase can be made. It certainly more convenient than dealing with crowds, standing in lines and spends less on petrol/toll. The whole process of shopping from a local store becomes even more time-consuming if especially for those who have kids or do not own a car. I can solve all of these hassles by shopping online. One of the most enticing factor about online shopping, particularly during a holiday season, is it alleviates the need to wait in long lines or search from store to store for a particular item. Furthermore, e-shopping gives more variety and have great freedom of product’s choice than any other local store. It's easier to hunt for a great deal/discounts/less price and able to enjoy the freedom of price flexibility and even able to compare prices from product to another product. If I don't like the price of a product from an online shop, I can easily switch to another website to look for a cheaper price. For example, it might be a certain item such as sports equipment available online with great deal instead in the mall. On the other hand, if the website doesn't have it, I can simply go to another online shopping website without wasting time. For example,
