Introduction
During the fast growing market around the world, the need for team formation is of high importance to maintain extraordinary performance all the time though working independently is required (but, not productive as teams). Also, the introduction of new technology has eased team organization and cooperation at further levels. For this project, we conducted the interviews with the members of the virtual team at ADNOC. We wanted to find out how they work together and what is to be improved. Thus, we managed qualitative research on the basis of a case study (the working team was under the investigation). To gain the data, we maintained such tools as observation and interview. We also analyzed literature sources to make the paper well-grounded.

The cooperativeness allows them to gain positive effects regarding interaction, efforts, and psychological health.
Group Communication
The information that is received by a person is to be interpreted as the sender intended for the effective communication to take place. The communication in the virtual group depends on the technology (“Virtual Teams Really Are Different” par. 22). As a rule, the participants communicate via messages. Thus, the feedback is not immediate. All members of the team said that sometimes they faced difficulties due to this issue and the fact that the messages were not always clear. However, they adapted to it and started to use other programs.
The team has an open network, which allows all members communicate with each other. 2/3 of the group interacts with each other formally. The communication is two-way, which encourages the members to work harder. Due to the high quality of relations, the group’s cohesion improves. The members of the team leave it very rarely; they feel responsible for the co-workers and are influenced by them. The interviewees claim that they feel responsible for the success of others and the group. They are ready to help their colleagues and support
The study will employ a case study research methodology to gain in-depth knowledge on the experience
Teams can create solutions to problems in shorter time than individuals can do on their own. A team’s ability to see the solution through its implementation with collaboration is critical for success. This increases quality of a product to negate problems as they occur (Kokemuller, 2010). Communication between team members increase allowing more understanding and ideas to emerge. Relationships are built giving team members a sense of purpose and the ability to communicate more freely.
Increased Work Efficiency / Productivity A team that has good culture of teamwork and mutual motivation will make the members more productive and smarter. Such a team where seamless and effective relationships exist, members are poised to learn from one another, develop skills and leverage on such internally gained skills to expedite work processes thereby increasing overall efficiency, reducing downtimes and knowledge gaps. Collaboration among such team members will make members to perform at their best by working on what they do best.
Through strong bonds and support with each other, the group manages to sustain
Communication is a tool with which we exercise our influence on others, bring out changes in our and others’ attitudes, motivate the people around us and establish and maintain relationships with them. Communication makes a major part of our active life and is a social activity. People communicate in both personal and professional capacities for a variety of different reasons. In a work setting people may communicate to build relationships; maintain relationships; gain and share information; gain reassurance and acknowledgement; to express needs and feelings and to share thoughts and ideas. Share knowledge and ideas with others is critical for modern advancement and to make room for new ideas, especially as our technology stacks become increasingly complex and specialized.
This could be to specific group, for instance a support group for deaf people, teaching service users or for meetings. In group communication, every individual participating will try and get their personal ideas and thoughts across, especially if they disagree with a point raised (Storming stage: Tuckman group communication theory). In health and social care, group communication is mostly used in a meeting arrangement, as it allows a number of different agencies or care providers with in one agency to focus on particular aspect of care, or on a service user and the care that currently being provided. Communications between Colleagues not only on a one to one basis but in a group setting is key, to everyone working successfully, the performing stage of Tuckman group communication theory. Within a health and social care an absence or lack of tolerance and understanding for fellow employees might create a negative emotional atmosphere, it may only personally affect two people, but will ultimately affect everyone working with them, and possibly decreasing the level of care to their service
This thesis examined and analyzed the qualitative
Introduction Qualitative research are those kind of researches that an outcome is obtained without the application of statistical methods of data analysis (Strauss and Corbin, 1990 cited in Golafshani, 2003). However, the qualitative research takes a direct approach, where the researchers arrive at a conclusion through the observation of events as they occur naturally without external interferences (Golafshani, 2003). Ethical and methodological issues may arise, therefore in order to demonstrate the legitimacy of Qualitative research it is important to integrate rigour and trustworthiness. Potential ethical issues There is the need to take into consideration ethical issues that may arise from conducting qualitative researches.
The external pressures significantly affect the formation of the team. Personal identity and complex interpersonal interactions result in a highly charged environment and a tense group
Introduction Communication is a very powerful thing and it is so powerful that humans and animals can interact with each other and communication is inevitable and it is either verbal or non-verbal and it can be effective or ineffective and it important that communication is effective or else you as an individual will not be able to build relationships and maintain them for a long time. The essay will talk about my strengths and limitations in a dyadic conversation between my friend and me. I will be focussing on myself in the conversation. The essay will also cover the communication concepts and basics. Strength (Effective Communication) There are two types of ways to communicate, effectively and ineffectively, the type of communication that will be discussed in the paragraph is effective communication.
The study of group dynamics provides a vehicle to analyse group communications with the intent of rendering the groups more effective (Davies & Newstrom, 1985) (La Monica, 1985). In the next section, this essay will be focused on the relationships and interactions between leadership behaviour and group dynamics. 2.0 BODY OF ANALYSIS There are many leadership behaviour that affects the employee effectiveness, commitment and group dynamics. According to (Folkman, Z., 2010) they have identified the nine behaviours that will have the greatest impact on employee: inspire and motivate others, driving for results, strategic perspective, collaboration, walk the talk, trust, develops and supports others, building relationships and courage.
Figure 1a illustrates that teams have a strong collective image, centred around the idea of collaborative working and sharing and end goal and vision. The diagram implies each individual’s work is coordinated to fit with the whole team. The ‘team’ concept is shown as a united unit, therefore indicating that the team’s attention is focused on the outcomes of the overall unit, as the team members are equally as committed to each other as much as they are to the end goal(s) This mutual commitment generates joint accountability, this then leads to a strong connection and therefore leading to keen motivation to perform through dynamic interaction. This idea is supported by Biz Journal (2013) which suggests ‘The muscle and strength of a team emerges
I agree to a certain extent that group counseling has more to offer than individual counseling. Not everyone is suitable for group counseling or individual counseling (Corey,2008 and Yalom, 2005). Group counseling however has many different benefits that I consider has more to offer. It could provide group support for the members who are affecting as they are not totally alone in the situation that they are facing. It is also effective as they provide a greater help and feedback.
Qualitative research method has been widely used to gather data on specific subjects. With in- depth analysis, this method helps the researcher to get greater insights on various phenomena. The major reason why it is usually preferred over other methods is that it not only examines the when, where and what of a decision making process but also the why and how. Debates, interviews and various other researches are the areas where this approach is commonly used. Depending on the requirement of the research, the data gets streamlined once the entire data is obtained and gathered.
We are experts in dealing with getting our imported products in the hand of customers directly. The teamwork in the workplace is essential to the success of business. When the team work together, we understand the strength and weakness of each team member. It mainly depends on the team leader in dividing up the tasks and getting things done by through the qualified members. Delegation of responsibilities has been practising in each team.
