International cybercrimes is often an objection to the usefulness of domestic and international law and law enforcement. Because the actual laws in many countries are not oriented to cope with cybercrime, criminals increasingly deal crimes on the Internet in order to yield advantages of the less serious punishments or difficulties of being found out who are the criminals. In under developing or developed countries, governments and industries have constantly realized the massive threats of cybercrime towards the economic and political security and public interests. However, the involvement in types and forms of cybercrime increases the complication to restrain. In this sense, fighting cybercrime commands for international collaboration. During our research on Cybercrimes in Mauritius, We notice that Cybercrime is not that famous compare to U.S.A. But there is something called Cyber bullying. Cyber-bullying is a universal anomaly which can affect individuals from numerous continents. Its definition might be as simple as maintaining to send a message through means of technology to someone who has said he wants no further contact with the sender.
Nowadays this latter in affecting the child safety online, According to Mr. Ismael Bawamea that most Mauritian parents consider that they are actually inspecting their very close online but this is not the case according to an ICSF overview administered in Mauritius, it has been established that less than 10% of parents are following their children on websites.
