As all of us aware, internet is one of the best inventions for us and importance of the internet is huge in our lives. It has become the best source to get information about everything. With internet we can stay updated with the latest happenings in the world, stay connected with people and many more. But as you know, nothing comes with “benefit”. Everything has its negative points as well as the internet. The question might have hit your mind that what are the bad sides of the internet, right? The first point that we’re going to discuss is about how easily inappropriate materials can be found on the internet. There are many things available on the internet that should not be in the reach of under age. For example, a 7 year kid can accidentally open the content which only 18+ is allowed to see. This can leads to moral corruption among youth. The innocence and purity of the under age, specifically students is extremely affected by such things. Other than that, with the internet, the thinking capacity is reduced as whenever teacher gives assignments to the student, they will tend to search everything from the internet and copy down everything. People would say drug or alcohol is more addicted than internet or internet addiction is not a big deal, but it is not true. Internet addiction will results in personal, family, financial and occupational problems. Individuals suffering from internet addiction spend more time in solitary isolation, spend less time with real people in their lives and are often viewed as socially awkward. Arguments will also arise due to the least amount of interaction with people who actually care about them as they spent most of their time on the internet without considering those people’s feelings. Those suffering from internet addiction may attempt to conceal the amount of time spent online, which results in distrust and the disturbance of quality in once stable
