“ The way you see a child is the way you treat them , and the way you treat them is what they will become ” , as the quotations says young kids don’t distinguish between the right and the wrong in their eyes . So they don’t get a strict punishment because they are young . If you treat them , kids as adults in this situation they won’t like and love their life , but if you treated them as their age they will understand how life goes on and they don’t have many chances to fix their fault . those kids will get the message of lost hope at some point in their life , they put them at high risk also judges have limited type of punishment if they if they didn’t treat them as adults .

First , Young offenders could take it as a message that they have no future and no hope of becoming something else other than a criminal. This is damaging to the juveniles and to their families and their society also . A juvenile offender is A person below a specific age (18 in most countries) who has committed a crime. 75 percent of all juvenile offenders are boys between the ages of 14 and 17. This is a very dangerous situation, especially if they are very young. Many of these juveniles lack the maturity to handle situations such as adult prison . Kids shouldn’t be treated as adults in crimes because they put young offenders at high risk . If they put kids in adults prison , they can be easily abused and harmed. And if they sat and chatted together they may know how to escape and they may miss behave , in a result of that , they can be hardened criminals . In quotations “ You can spend a lifetime trying to forget a few minutes of your childhood ” That means kids will suffer if they did serious crime that may lead them to injuries that won’t heal fast and feeling that there no point of living this life
