“Science fiction is a genre of fiction in which the stories often tell about science and technology of the future” ( This type of genre has a relation with real science. This means that in spite of having a few items that are not real, it can also show us events that happened in real life. The majority of the times, movies, series, or books do not show that explicitly. On the contrary, the author, or director yearn for the viewer to discover and discern what is true, and what is not by him or herself. Since we know that the science fiction genre has a relation with principles of science, we can observe the mention of laws or theories. In the main part the laws and theories are not one hundred percent true. In fact, people who employ this genre employ those facts; however they add their own twist. In other words, the laws and theories utilized in this genre are not completely believable, since they are part true, and part fictitious. “Science fiction texts are often set in the future, in space, on a different world, or in a different universe or dimension” (Book Builder). This is the key part in Science Fiction, typically known as Sci-Fi.
