Teenagers are very different in personalities some teenagers like to get in trouble and some don’t think of what will happen next in their everyday lifestyle. Their was this book that i have read and it was about teenagers doing drugs and drinking and they were making careless mistakes and some of the teenagers will not do any of those things because they think of the consequences. Also some teenager will do a lot of things like not driving right making wrong turns and other things but they get over it and pick up from the beginning. Some people believe that teenagers are careless and don’t think about their consequences. Teenagers are careless in public and in school because they are in front of other people and try to do bad things and show off.
Although many people feel that teens should not be given severe punishments because they are immature and innocent, they have not considered the problem teens are creating by committing these crimes.. Mandatory volunteering can have awful aspects too because people may not always enjoy it while some do. The mandatory public service could also make the prisoners furious or depressed too, proving that it is not always good for everyone. On the other hand, life without mandatory volunteering has many differences. The people who choose not to volunteer can choose to be lazy a lot of the time, which can lead to negative effects. These can include playing video games, napping, or wasting time another way, and none of these lead to positive things for society.
Boredom has been shown to have correlations with substance abuse among adolescents. Adolescents who said they were often bored were 50% as likely to indulge in narcotics than their peers. Most of people went to party for having fun and a way to build their friendship or relationship, but some of them are going in the wrong way. Parties are most obvious arenas for socializing, but they aren’t the best place to cultivate for building a friendship.
The depression and substances abuse for teenagers currently become issues that lead to suicide cases among teenagers. They cannot adapt with that situation and tends to solve it by attempting suicide. Teenagers commit suicide because they cannot cope with the stress related matter such as depression and substances abuse, but counseling session, reading and watching films, and also highest attention from parents can reduce the number of suicide from increasing day by day. The first causes that cause teenagers to attempt suicide are depression. Depression is one part of a large role in suicide.

Before the MLDA was raised to 21, there were many positive effects that came from a lower MLDA. Lowering the MLDA diminishes the thrill of breaking the law to consume alcohol (“Should the”). Young adults experience a thrill when drinking underage knowing that they are adults, but are restricted from consuming alcohol. If the MLDA was lowered, they would no longer have that thrill and it could lead to less alcohol intake. One reason many young adults drink is because they know that hey shouldn 't be doing it, however if this was just another right given to them, they wouldn 't feel obligated to take advantage of it, because it is just another privilege that comes with growing up and maturing into an adult.

Researchers have found that the use of drugs and alcohol, changes our brain chemistry. Which makes quitting harder and withdrawal almost unbearable to stand. The real damage comes into play if there are children involved in the family. Children are like sponges, the absorb everything.
