Lotteries are outlawed by some governments, while others endorse it to the extent of organizing a national or state lottery. The lottery industry stands out in the gambling industry by virtue of several unique features. Lotteries come in many formats. For example, the prize can be a fixed amount of cash or goods. In this format there is risk to the organizer if insufficient tickets are sold. More commonly the prize fund will be a fixed percentage of the receipts. A popular form of this is the "50–50" draw where the organizers promise that the prize will be 50% of the revenue. Based on those information I can say that lottery should be maintained and kept, lottery gained such a huge amount of money. If most form of lottery was “50-50” and the 50% goes to our revenue, it really a big help to our government. We all know that lottery lend money to those incapacitated, if we are familiar on PCSO’s TV commercial we see poor people giving thanks for lending them money. It also a good model of an incorruptible organization. Unlike other organization, lottery serves people by helping funding some government’s program. Besides it is not time wasting and illegal unlike other form of gambling.

As most of the people think of the lottery, it is quite ridiculous to depend on something that is easy. But for example, the Philippines, does this statement reflect the ones who play lottery? No, of course not. Many suggest that whoever plays lottery should stop him or herself
