I believe my life has a purpose
I believe in the person I desire to be. I desire to be that girl who is known for her athletic ability. I desire to be the girl who pursues her career in the athletic field. I desire to be that girl that can still put a smile on anyone's face.
I Believe that should be happy with what I do.
I believe I should set my own future.
I believe I can live in the wide world of sports. But little things, such as pressure can change someone. Such as being trapped, where you can't explain your own thoughts because you don't even know if they are ours anymore. It all started with my self, and being confused on who I truly am, then came my parents.
I do not believe in the person my parents want me to be. My mom strives

But I believe things can change, once again...
I believe one person can save you.
I believe one person can feel like coming up for fresh air after drowning in water for a long time.
I believe one person can completely change your perspective on what the world truly is. It's not just the planet in which it holds living, breathing nature. It's a place for experience, for new beginnings every which way, for people to come in and out, but this person, this amazing girl who completely changed my world, I know she will always be here.
I believe that that person who saved me, is more than a friend, and more than a best friend, she is a sister. She is my family.
I believe that person is Olivia Emert.
I believe that she saved me. She became my person without knowing what was really happening, she just knew to be there didn't even need me to talk, she just knew if she was here I would eventually let it go and let it out. Yet its not only that, Olivia didn't let my emotions get in the way of who I really am, she made me forget about each and every little thing in my head. I feel like life is limitless when I am with her. Even when she knew I didn't want to even peak a smile, somehow she did
Even though she went through troubles in her life, it taught her to cherish what she had, and be happy what about what people are in her life. She has impacted my life by teaching me to treasure what I
That calm and reassuring person I had in my own life I met through a summer camp. I had been the year before as well and had the same counselor. The first night he told me that he could tell something was different and that I wasn’t smiling as much. He never pressed or asked why, but he would talk to me each night. On the very last night I said that my family had been in a murder and his whole face went white.
Joining the lacrosse team, supplemented by joining the wrestling team and moving away for my first year of college, has helped to me recognize who I am as a person and where I want to be in my life. I wish to become the best version of myself that I possibly can be, and when I
Her name is Sandra Cabrera and shes a beautiful women with so much strength and courage inside of her. I am so thankful that I met sister Sandra because she has positive thoughts about life and so much faith. Three personal traits that I like about her are that she 's helpful, loving, strong. The
I never knew how many people in my life has been through what I have been through. It makes me happy to help others, not only am I helping others but I’m helping myself become stronger as a person and stronger in my faith. Every time I tell my story to others I try to tell people about how at first, I wanted to fall away from God but then realized that God is who held my hand through it
Have you gone through something hard and in the end learned something valuable. Life is full of hard, difficulties circumstances that bring us pain. Yet, in my opinion, these hard times bring people together. Mia is one that went through a hard time of losing her mom, dad and only brother. Yet in the struggling time her friends and relives where there for her and helped her through the hard time.
My sisters and I have all had our problems dealing with mental health, and even substance abuse. She has always stayed by our side and was there to help when we couldn’t help
She got me the help I needed and gave me the strength to pick up the broken pieces in order to put it back together. I’ve learned that “it takes getting everything you ever wanted, and then losing it to know what true freedom is.” Said by the wise artist, Lana Del Rey. I loss the one thing I ever wanted, success but soon came to realize that God has bigger plans. Entering my senior year of high school.
There are many things that could happen in a person’s life that could cause change. Some changes could bring joy to their lives and some could bring sadness to their lives. However, the event that changed my life was coming to America. I knew I was going to a whole new world full of dreams, success, and opportunities which was going to change everything. Moving from India to America has taught me how to respect other people, be more responsible, and be more loving towards friends and families.
Even though my sister has gone through the bad and the good times I will always believe in her, she is my hero and my guide on how to survive the bullies and the hardest bumps in the road that have hit our family like a truck. Even when her and I have our bad days she has always been my partner in crime, my one and only true best friend, no matter what she does I will always love her no matter what the situation
Jaime was a big part of my life. We grew up together and he was basically my brother. We spent almost every waking moment together but at fourteen he ended his life. Suicide changed my whole outlook on life, how I see people. It made a big impact on my life and it made me who I am today.
Living in hope, with our beliefs, and with little expectation of others is the way forward. My parents, simple and honest human beings, have high expectations of me, wishing that I too, like them, grew up to be an honorable person. Martin Luther King’s life inspires the determined and I agree that to give up on life or stop is deplorable. Irrespective of the hurdles, to push ahead with all one’s might is the only way to succeed. Living this philosophy, my father, a genuine rags to riches story, altered my life, leading by example and encouraging me to follow the path of righteousness.
I have three people in my life that have this in them individually but one person that has it all. Grisel has my honesty she always tells me things. Some things are things that I don't want to know but she knows that it's best for me to know. Diana has my loyalty. She's been there for me when i'm sad when i need someone to talk to when i need advise.
Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to be successful in life. I have always wanted to be the better version of my parents and achieve many things in life. During my freshman year in High school, I knew I was going to major in business. I come from a household of five, my father, mother, two younger sisters, and myself. I am the first in my family to go to college and with that being said, I have always felt the pressure to be the best role model and example for my younger sisters.
She always does anything she can to ensure that I and everyone else in my family and her own friends are a safe and comfortable. She has also effected the way I have changed from the time I was a child to now. If she was not the person I know her to be then I guarentee that I would not be the same person I am today. When I was a child I did not care about the consistencies of things and now I understand that everything I do and change will end as something different.
