The hotel rating system is a rating system that classifies the hotel establishment based on various factors such as Total Area, Number of Rooms, Service Standards, facilities, and types of outlet. In addition, it is a guideline that a hotel industry uses to achieve various targeted goals by providing excellent services and facilities as per or beyond the standards. It can be beneficial for various sectors such as travel agencies, government, hotel industry, etc. as they can be used as branding schemes, which emits both qualitative and quantitative ratings of its property to their targeted costumer.
