When you get angry at someone you care about you often feel hurt.
TO FEEL HURT IS TO FEEL THAT SOMEONE, WHO SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FEELINGS, HASN’T BEEN THINKING ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FEELINGS
It is important to understand the relationship between feeling hurt and loving someone. You can only be hurt by people you care about. If a stranger says you are stupid you don't get hurt, only angry. If your best friend says you are stupid, you can get hurt as well as angry. This is because your best friend is supposed to be nice to you and to consider your feelings. When people say they are not angry, just hurt, it is because they feel the greatest wrong that was done to them was not think about their feelings

Feeling happy is an emotional state that comes and goes. Happiness is long term state of contentment. Many people confuse the two.
DISAPPOINTMENT
DISAPPOINTMENT IS A FEELING YOU GET WHEN YOU WERE EXPECTING JOY BUT SOMETHING PREVENTED YOU FROM FEELING HAPPY.
It can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between disappointment and feeling hurt and often we are both disappointed and hurt. Let’s take an example. You get disappointed when your favourite band cancels a concert you were going to. You don’t get hurt because the band is not supposed to think about your feelings.
On the hand, let’s say you are expecting to go to your best friend´s birthday and you are really excited to go and he doesn´t invite you but invites all his other friends. Then you would be disappointed because you will be not enjoying yourself in the party. You would, also, be hurt because your best friend didn´t invite you and wasn´t thinking about your feelings

One of these feelings is boredom. If you are bored, you are not happy and you can´t find anything to do that will bring you joy.
TO BE BORED TO BELIEVE THAT YOU DON´T HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO DO SOMETHING THAT WILL BRING YOU JOY
You can also be lonely. When you are lonely you want to be with somebody.
TO BE LONELY IS TO WANT A CLOSE INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE BY TALKING TO THEM OR DOING SOMETHING WITH THEM, AND TO BELIEVE THAT YOU DON´T HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO DO THAT
You can, also, be feeling down. The difference is between being bored and feeling down is that if you are bored you feel the lack of opportunity for joy but if you are down you like you can´t be glad again. For example: If you are you are bored you wouldn´t be if there was a good film to watch or a good computer game to play. When you are down a good film or a good computer game doesn´t make you happy.

You can have all these feelings or some of them at the same time. You can be bored, lonely and feel down all at once.

However, most of them do not realize that when they do something they like, that is not a happiness, it just a pleasure. The problem why people are unhappy is, they always do something on other people expectations, not struggle to reach their expectation. Moreover, negative emotion is important to release unnecessary thing in our self, it keeps a happiness steady. Most people, always do something that is hard for themselves, but they keep try to do it, even they are fail.
Loneliness is a term used to describe a person 's response to lack of human contact. In the short story "Mrs. Brill" written by Katherine Mansfield, the main protagonist Mrs. Brill suffers from being lonely. Mrs. Brill journeys to her local park every Sunday in hopes of escaping her aloneness, by people watching the park goers. She familiarizes herself with the Sunday band that plays music and the conversations among the people around her. The interactions between the strangers brings joy to Mrs. Brill but when a young couple belittles the fur piece worn by the lady, Mrs. Brill cannot help but fall back into her solitary state of mind.
The purpose of this essay is to pick apart Mill’s essay and to give my own personal opinion about happiness. Stuart believed that you could achieve happiness by helping others achieve happiness and by finding things that you enjoy in life. I believe the key to happiness is helping other people achieve their happiness, do things that you enjoy doing, and looking at things in the brightest way possible. I honestly believe that everyone wakes up in the morning wanting to be happy, I have never seen a person who wakes up saying, “ I want to have an absolutely miserable day today”. It is human nature to strive for happiness and do things that you enjoy to do.
Loneliness is a strong word, however it means a lot to be lonely. The definition of lonely or loneliness is sadness because one has no friends or company. In the novel Of Mice and Men John Steinbeck shows that Crooks, Candy, and Curley’s Wife have loneliness because they never have company or friends to talk to. These Character’s show that loneliness is a problem that must be overcome in order to live a happy, fulfilled life.
Forgiveness The word forgiveness sounds like an easy concept to understand and act upon it- but it’s much harder than anybody can believe. Saying the phrase, “I forgive you,” and actually going through the stages and presses of the forgiving process is two totally different things. For example, when someone you care about hurts you, you can hold on to anger, resentment and thoughts of revenge, or embrace forgiveness and move forward with your life.
If you go out of the house, there is a good chance that you will run into someone who is mean and looking for someone to hurt. There are a lot of miserable people out there who will do and say things that hurt your feelings. I 'm talking about emotional pain that makes you feel bad about yourself, them, and everything around you. This is the kind of emotional pain that can stay with you and have an effect on your life in a very negative way. It 's easy enough to say that other people shouldn 't be able to influence how we feel and how we behave, but it 's harder to actually follow through with that.

Many people think that getting what you want is happiness, being more rich is happiness which helps you buy every branded cloth, phone, make-up, shoe, being mentally satisfied is happiness, but no there are things beyond these desires which actually sum up happiness.
How does someone know if they are truly happy? Much of society have come to associate happiness with the pursuits of personal pleasures or that which makes us “feels good”. When we feel good we display positive expression of emotions such as joy, laughter, kindness and fewer negative emotions such as anger, hate, and sadness. To some people our happiness is already determined through our genes. Some people seek happiness through money and material possessions.
