1.) Why do you believe the RES Hawk Experience and the learning goals: Well-Being, Identity, Inclusive Communities, Take Action and Global Context are important to our residential community?

All those attributes and experiences are skills that people need to develop, live, and used in their everyday life. When these certain skills are mastered I believe that the community itself can take on any challenge that comes in their way.
