According to the law, it is ILLEGAL to enter the United States without going through the process of naturalization. This is why I believe that illegal immigrants, whether man, woman, or child should be deported back to the country from which they came. In addition to children entering our country illegally, the U.S. is struggling with the definition of
They are against abortion and they do not support homosexuals in the military. The America First Party hope to eliminate illegal immigrants to rebuild our community. The Socialist Party platform focuses on equality, jobs, healthcare, and education. They believe that young people have fewer rights as they are minors as they are limited certain things such as voting and curfews. They believe that private property can be owned by an individual.
A multi billion dollar wall should not be built. Because the United States is strengthened by illegal immigrants. Immigration has been slowed by increased border protection, however it hasn’t been stopped, but most illegal immigrants don’t cross the border. A majority of illegal immigrants are people who have overstayed their Visa or have been smuggled in vehicles. The truth is, building a wall to stop illegal immigration is useless.
In recent discussions of illegal immigrants, a controversial issue has been whether to boot them out or let them stay in our country. On the one hand, some argue that we should allow them to come into our country because they believe we have the resources. On the other hand, however, others argue that we should not allow them to come into our country. My own view is if the immigrants learn our culture and how we do things in this country, and if the immigrants learn how to speak English and put some effort into making a new life and getting a job I don 't see what the problem
They can just start taking our jobs and demanding the same rights as us! It’s just wrong, they are all illegal and need to be deported! Neeyal: Scotty, I know what you mean by having illegal immigrants deported, but that doesn’t mean that all Mexicans are illegal and it doesn’t mean all illegal immigrants are
Chase dreams even if doing so is technically illegal. Throughout history, we have celebrated those who disobey unjust laws in the name of justice. Take Martin Luther King for example. “A law is unjust if it is inflicted on a minority that, as a result of being denied the right of vote, had no part in enacting or devising the law.”(King, p469) However, all sorts of devious methods were used to prevent the colored from becoming registered voters. All men are created equal, but the colored were not given the equal rights to vote nor were they treated equally at that time.
Illegal immigrant are those people who do not have the right documentation to show they are legally entitled to live, work or visit in the United State. However, "illegal alien or illegal immigrant " is not a legal term in the Immigration. Many people assume that, the immigrants who don 't have right documentation to work or stay in US is a criminal violation of the law and therefore the term "illegal alien" is used to address them. While the act of entering the country without visa is federal misdemeanor, and offenders who repeat entering without visa, could be a felony, the status of being present in the U.S. without a visa is not a criminal violation. In addition, almost half of the undocumented immigrants in this country actually entered with valid visas but merely overstayed their visas.
Some countries are not safe because they don’t have the freedom that is needed to keep themselves plus their families safe. As in Mexico, people are wanting the freedom to be able to come to America. Some people may think that everyone is safe but really not because of everything as in selling drugs on the streets right in front of children. Family’s would love to be able to come over to America but they are not able to because of the one big word everyone loves to here is
During Jean Jacques Rousseau lifetime, “ He believed that individuals should have certain rights” (WHfUA 11) Certain rights such as the Right to Life, Liberty and the Security of Person also applies to transgender people and it give them the right to choose whatever bathroom that fits their gender. In February of 2017, the Trump administration ended federal protection for transgender student so now “This person would not have the support of the federal government to be allowed to use bathroom of their choice” (TWB 24). Not being able to use the bathroom that fits their gender is basically removing their rights to life. Therefore America is not living up to the ideals of the
There was a condition to the funding provided by PEPFAR, however. Organizations who were granted money had to sign the anti-prostitution pledge that said funds could not be used to promote or advocate for the legalization of prostitution or sex trafficking (“An act” 2003). It also went on to enumerate that organizations that did not expressly oppose prostitution and sex trafficking were barred from utilizing funds (“An Act” 2003). The US thought they were being helpful by providing funds as well as helping to eradicate sex trafficking world wide, but that is not the case. What they did was cause organizations that did not directly oppose prostitution to lose funds that would have helped a vulnerable population.
People who are in this country illegally have broken our laws, but the magnitude of their crime does not justify depriving them of the basic right to health care coverage while they are in our midst. The fact is that there is no feasible options in what to do with them as their children go to school with ours, they are involved in jobs and live in our society and from a public health perspective, I think they ought to be allowed to buy into the exchange at least for primary care services with no subsidies that citizens get which will prevent disease progression and the massive use of the ED by the
“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” By Emma Lazarus (1883). No undocumented person should be treated as a criminal. Undocumented immigrants arise in the United States due to the lack of opportunities in their homeland, and they know America is a nation where a dream can become real. Those individuals willingly perform jobs that nearly all Americans refuse to do; they are reliable people, pay taxes, and help America’s economy. Yet, should undocumented immigrants be granted a path to citizenship?
