Rhetorical Situation: The dying wish of Paul Kalanithi was for his family to make sure his book got published after his death. Kalanithi started writing When Breath Becomes Air after being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. The context, audience, author, and subject all reflect the urge to share knowledge before death. Written with the need to put word to paper, the context surrounding the memoir deals entirely with the evanescence of time. In the epilogue, his wife, Lucy, wrote about when he started writing the book in bursts of when he felt that he had enough energy to type.
Natalie Taylor can be described in many words by the reader. Readers consider her to be brave, strong, caring, and courageous by the end of the novel. Why? Because Taylor overcame the worst life had to offer. When Natalie Taylor was five months pregnant with her first child, her husband died in an event that would change her life forever.
It’s important because this industry is very stable so they have to really focus on growing the company, even though it will be a small numbers, that is still better than nothing. The shareholders will not be happy to hear stable in the report, they would be happy to hear growth. Just like what we learned in class, the things to focus on are profitability and growth. Since they are already in the markets, the growth is really have to be deliberate, as mentioned earlier that they have to cut the fat part that hey don’t need and focus more on what will benefit the company the most. Add up to that the company need a strategic plan, this is when all the corporate culture, branding, and customer focus came into the board in an order to help keep the company growing.
Robbins still became a successful entrepreneur. Gladwell has great evidence to show how people may become successful but I do not believe that may always be the case. I side more with Robbins he believe that success can be achieved by an internal Force, which is something we cannot see. That internal force will drive use to achieve that success that we want. Personally I could connect with Robbins and the pain and struggle he had.

Despite the fact that one cannot forgive another for not having the proper resources for survival, one can guide others on what assets to possess. This may not relieve you from guilt, because you most likely don’t care, but these are suggestive solutions to eradicating marginalized groups.
Whether it has been helping those who are less fortunate, successfully accomplishing an educational goal, or just by being accepted for who I am, it has brought me self acceptance. If you set out your goals and accomplish them, you don’t have to look for acceptance from others; your accomplishments will speak for themselves and with them respect will
However, such ideas are only ideals that people have, and that fact does not fool the unconscious mind. This is why humans think so much before they say things. If people let their unconscious mind control their conversations, they would find themselves in a lot of bad situations that they do not want to be in. The unconscious bias explains a lot of people’s inconsistencies in behavior. People are unable to control their biased responses, so they have to rely on their memories to be able to determine what reality is.
In some instances the person is asked to do something for others. But the person would sometimes realize that a bad consequence in his side could happen if he follows the favor of the other person. This is where the person can say no without any if's or but's, while still reasoning out why he would commit the act of selfishness. The person would have to be assured that the other people would completely understand his decisions and reasons behind doing the selfish act. Making reasons for doing a selfish act is usually done in order to maintain healthy relationships with others despite having had done the act of selfishness already.
