Yoga is a technique of unfolding the potential divinity within, so that the dormant capabilities are opened up consciously. Just like in hypnotherapy, every man can tap his dormant capacities or alter his own physiology under the effect of a simple suggestion. Through yoga one does this consciously with self-mastery over such states of consciousness. 4. Yoga corrects the alterations in the prana flow by slowing down the pranic activity gently and cautiously through conscious, slow, rhythmic breathing. 5. A cycle of the slow type Pranayama involves the phases of inhalation and exhalation. There are different kinds of Pranayama which vary according to the durations of the phases in the breathing cycles and the nostrils used. Yogic breathing practices were included to bring about a slow rhythmic breathing pattern to reduce the breath rate with internal awareness of the touch of the flow of air through the air passages, which is an effective way to get mastery over the mind (Dr. H. What is Multiple Sclerosis: Multiple Sclerosis is primarily a T-cell mediated immune inflammatory disease that disrupts the regular functions of our central nervous system. Our central nervous system, the brain and the spine, are responsible for many of our voluntary and involuntary movements. However, in patients with Multiple Sclerosis, the immune system attacks the myelin sheaths that protect the nerves of the CNS. After repeated attacks, the myelin sheath will fall apart, and the immune cells will continue to attack the nerves themselves, which can be irreversibly damaged.
Spinal stenosis results from the narrowing of the spinal canal. All the more particularly, the nerve paths in the vertebrae narrows, in this manner blocking and compressing nerve roots. The condition may stem from abnormalities in the aging spine, or body mechanics. Symptoms may incorporate pain in the neck, shoulder, and arm, or lower back, pain activated by strolling or remaining for expanded periods that are lightened subsequent to sitting down, or flexing forward, muscle spasms or general shortcoming, numbness and tingling or temperature changes in the legs. To Diagnose Spinal Stenosis:
Most people that are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis suffer from MS attacks. Just like with the disease, some are worse than others, when an MS attack occurs the symptoms that the person has worsen and can become unbearable. Treatments for MS can aid in speeding up the recovery of attacks and can slow the progression of the disease, the medication that is most commonly used is corticosteroids, an oral prednisone that will reduce nerve inflammation. Plasma exchanges are also used when symptoms are severe and haven’t responded to steroids. The prognosis of a person with Multiple Sclerosis is very positive if managed and good health is maintained, even though there is still no cure for the

These scans showed that a part of the brain called the amygdala, which controls fear, anxiety and stress, had shrunk after the 8 weeks of yoga practice. Yoga and meditation could play a big part in your life a lot of people don't get that advantage of taking the class that I got to take. I never thought it would be something I'm really into and I think it's good for you just in general I would have trouble waking up in the morning so I would sun salutations to become more attentive then at night I would focus on my deep meditation along with my heart centering to bring my energy back down. Overall I think yoga has changed my perspective on how to look at situations and how to handle them, I believe it can do anyone good in their life, it can build a positive bond with your conscience and other people.
