My Thesis Statement: People think the policemen are against us and research shows that it is the opposite and only few policemen don’t play on the rules

In this news article, the author is trying to prove that police force is there to help all citizens in any situation as it is their sole duty. But, some rules apply to the police, as they cannot leave their vehicle unintended. But in this article, the author tells the tale of a policeman, who risked his job to help a civilian, who was railroaded due to a flat tire, and the officer did not hesitate leaving his car unintended. The sole purpose for the author to write this article was to let the readers know that not every police officer is rigid or bad as the writer himself believes that “the man deserved much appreciation”. All policemen are bad is only a misconception which is proven in this article. This article will be very helpful for the research as it proves the point that policemen are not against civilians.
