Explain the novel as a tragedy looking at it through Aristotle’s tragic principles “Things Fall Apart”
The novel “Thing Fall Apart” by Chinua Achebe’s depict the life of the protagonist and demonstrate the coming of white missionaries in Nigeria and its crash on traditional Igbo society, clash culture s and the brutal transition in life and change in values brought by the onset of British colonialism in the nineteen century. From the Title of the novel it portrays as a tragedy. It tells the story of an African clan being attacked by foreigner and falling to pieces.
