Thomas Lee Dillon was a serial killer who killed 5 outdoors men. Thomas Lee Dillon was born in Canton, Ohio on July 9th, 1950. There is not a lot about his early life and childhood, but Thomas Dillon was a resident of Magnolia Ohio and had a wife and a kid. Thomas Dillon was also a draftsman at Canton Ohio waterworks. Thomas Dillon would think he was a multi-millionaire, a life-saving scientist who cured AIDS, or a Super Bowl-winning quarterback. Thomas Dillon would drive hundreds of miles just thinking about all the things he wanted to be. Dillon also thought he was a special task soldier, hunting the enemies down. Thomas first struck near Philadelphia only 100 miles from where Thomas lived. a man named Donald Welling. Thomas said that Donald said hello to him was shot fatally while jogging. This murder occurred in November. 10, 1990, then 18 days later, Dillon stalked and killed a man named Kevin Loring, who lived in Duxbury, Massachusetts Kevin Loring was shot while he was deer hunting. Dillon now has 3 kills and he is still baffling the authorities. Dillon was baffling authorities until his next victim. Thomas Dillon stalked his next victim Claude Hawkins until March 14 1992 when Thomas Dillon killed Mr. Hawkins on Federal property. This murder occurred after Hawkins waved to Dillon and a voice in Dillon's had said the open fire on. Dillon said that after Hawkins waved, he stopped up the hill and shot him right in the back. This kills lead to the FBI getting into Dillon's case because this kill happens on Federal property. This is one of the biggest reasons that Thomas Dillon was caught because of the FBI getting involved.
