Marketing is “identifying what are the human and social needs.” If a product is created but no one needs to buy and use so it will not be sold, then the company will has no profit. Marketing is like an "art of selling", but the most important element of marketing lies in the fact that it is not all about selling products, marketing helps the company to know more about their target customer then later offer them the products that are best-fit with their needs.

There are 3 types of business email. The first type related to online messages that are sent from company to consumer for the purpose of promoting products and services, promoting the ability to purchase. The third form of email is from consumer to consumer. Email is used to support the company in the viral marketing. Businesses must be flexible and wise in sending appropriate advertising content for each group.

Basically, all you need to do is to visit the business forums on the Internet and answer the questions that people ask about the products/services that related to the core products of your company.
