One of the most powerful habits that I’ve picked up in the past 10+ years is to think in a more optimistic and constructive way. It makes life feel lighter and not so burdensome. It opens up new paths towards where you want to go and it helps you to more easily overcome setbacks (and often get something good out of them). You’ll feel less worried and sorry for yourself and more motivated to keep taking action. But how do you adopt this habit? You must block out the negative things people say and force your way. Basically refraining from allowing “attacks of bad humor” to pierce one's psyche and rejecting the of granting unethical ideas acess to run rampant and corrupt your positive state of being.
5th pd TSI Obstacles Everyday we face obstacles that can be life threatening or just cause a minor incident, and every person has a different way to fix their problems. Some people take these obstacles and try to find a positive reason for them, also finding a way to get out of the situation. This matters because people try to be always in the right mood and happy, so they make this obstacles into something good. Obstacles can be turned into a good thing, you just have to approach it in a joyful manner ,or always have a positive attitude about everything. Although some obstacles can really drain you , they take out all of your happy vibes and just kill the mood.

Having thoughts makes people choose the right path. If people do not have individual thoughts, they will be lost in this large world.
The first way Brian thought positively was because of his English teacher. His English teacher always told him to be positive because it gives him a good life. Instead at the bad times, Brian always knew there was another day. The second way Brian thought positively by thinking about home. Brian got upset so what he did was imagined the food, his family, and everything back at home.
Going to college has always been a dream of mine, I never knew what I wanted to major in or any clue of what career I wanted to go into. It all started with my love of finding out more about the world around me I thought is was just my curiosity like everyone else but it was something different. That’s when I found my love for science. At first I really didn’t see my love for until sophomore year of high school when we would get on a subject and wanted to learn more about the particular subject not just what was in the book. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is a combination of cognitive, behavioural and hypnosis interventions.
The first thing a writer should do is brainstorm. Brainstorming is the process of coming up with ideas. Lamott states, “Fantasy of the uninitiated” (para 1). Lamott means that without special knowledge or experience writers just write down everything on paper, all ideas, thoughts and emotions. This paper should be sloppy, with everything all over the place and misspelled words.
In our generation with busy schedules and the high influence and use of technology the average attention span of a human is 8 seconds. We are constantly getting distracted by our own thoughts or external influences. We walk outside and we get lost in our thoughts rather than enjoying the weather or taking notice of the things we pass by. Many people tend to choose to live that way though, in a way where they purposefully do not pay attention “Drifting through life on a cushioned surge of impulses is but one of many strategies of forgetting” (58). They want to pick and choose what they remember, they want to ignore the bad and only recognize the good.
Positive Thinking and Conflict There are many times in one’s life where a simple positive gesture can make their day. Anne, in “The Diary of a Young Girl” by Anne Frank along with Louise Ogawa in “Dear Miss Breed” by Joanne Oppenheim, display attitudes that not only helped themselves, but gave other people hope. Though some might argue that positivity during a conflicting situation won’t help resolve anything, having a positive outlook on a negative situation can help someone solve their disagreement swiftly and efficiently. The best way someone can respond to conflict is with a positive attitude because it can be a stress reliever, give tremendous benefits to their physical health, and make others around them happier.
Aim for something like, exploring and learning new ways to achieve the target. Don’t stride, take small steps. This will not only help you minimize the failure possibilities, but it will also boost your morale. 2. Think before you leap

Set some time at the end of every day to evaluate your performance and progress in respect to your daily action points. It is the small things that we do every day that make or break us.
For instance, if you wish to build up your confidence, start learning some positive affirmations and become conscious of your negative thinking patterns. If you suffer from anxiety, learn some breathing techniques. Include your more ambitious long term goals also, that may possibly take months or even years to complete. Do not let timescales worry you. Remember that regular, small steps will take you far.
